Global Submissions: Films from any country are welcome.
English Subtitles Required: All non-English films must include English subtitles (not required for music videos).
No Premiere Requirement: We accept films of any premiere status, created at any time.
Gender-Inclusive Acting Awards: Our Best Acting Award celebrates all talents, regardless of gender.
Rights & Clearances: Filmmakers are responsible for securing all necessary rights. OFA assumes no rights to submitted films.
Promotional Use: OFA may use project materials for promotional purposes.
Screening Options: Films may be screened in monthly screenings, annual showcases, and special events.
Submission Materials: Filmmakers must ensure that all materials are submitted by the deadline. Late submissions may be disqualified.
Non-Refundable Fees: All submission fees are final.
Final Judgments: Award decisions are final and non-negotiable.
Event Adjustments: OFA reserves the right to adjust events or screenings due to public health directives, with no refund issued for such changes.
Photography Submissions: All photo submissions must be original works by the entrant, and any necessary permissions (e.g., model releases) must be obtained before submission.
Digital Format: Photography submissions should be in .jpg format, with a single image or series per link.
